Wow, That’s a Good Song: Richard Walters, “Brittle Bones”

Yet another young British guy with a beautiful voice, who says on his MySpace that he “want[s] to go to America, buy a three piece suit, some boots and a trilby hat from Goodwill and tour Dairy Queens.” A+, sir, A+. I don’t know what’s going on over there, but keep it up.

Richard Walters, “Brittle Bones”

Come on little light you know my name
It’s only going to break you in the end
Nothing you can say could make it right
Only in the way of what you know
Come on to the floor your brittle bones
Don’t be a fool
Don’t let me go
And we danced in the dark on the stairs
Like the people had pushed us out the room
