It’s been quiet around here lately, as I poured all my energy into frantically packing to move into a new apartment.  I’m all settled in, so hopefully things will be back to normal.

You can catch me spinning some tunes on CHIRP this Friday night from 8-10 pm Central.  It’ll be great.

This Week in Great Music: 10/11 – 10/17

This is basically the worst week in the world for concerts. And by worst, I mean full of too many choices. I’ll be at the Brandi Carlile show at SPACE on Wednesday, and at DeVotchKa at Lincoln Hall on Saturday. The rest of the week is up in the air. This Week in Great Music: 8/9 – 8/15

After three days of Lollapalooza, I kind of don’t want to think about music right now. Fortunately for those of us who are sort of burnt out at the moment, there’s not a lot going on. I’ll be at the Rufus Wainwright show on Friday. I’m not in love with his new album, but as a Rufus (and Martha) fangirl, I’ll go to the concert all the same.
