It’s a rainy, dreary Monday here in Chicago, soon to be followed by blistering heat.  I hate summer.

There’s not a whole lot going on this weekend, because Pitchfork.  It appears to have crushed anything even vaguely interesting going on this weekend.

This Week in Great Music: 10/11 – 10/17

This is basically the worst week in the world for concerts. And by worst, I mean full of too many choices. I’ll be at the Brandi Carlile show at SPACE on Wednesday, and at DeVotchKa at Lincoln Hall on Saturday. The rest of the week is up in the air.
